1. Quotations are free of charge for work pertaining to Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, and surrounding areas.
2. Payment will be due as follows: 50% of the quoted amount payable on the date of acceptance, with the balance being payable on the date of completion.
3. Terms of Payment is 30 days, strictly for account holders.
4. Standard terms of sale will apply to all transactions.
5. Warrantees, where applicable, shall be subject to either terms of sale, or to special agreement.
6. A standard levy, per kilometer, will be applied for work conducted outside a 15 kilometer radius, measured from Atlantic Refrigeration's main office.
